I figure for anyone involves in telco, it wud b nice to know what is eTOM. You can find out more about eTOM in. Its a long shot for someone who dunno know the industry to undstd eTOM juz for interview but read the wiki and get an idea what it is about. It'll also help (as in all graduate trainee/management trainee) program for you to show a little leadership and inniative during interview. Oh don't forget they'll also touch on corporate questions such as who is who in their departments. Be sure to read up the names of their management team.
As it was mentioned above, Maxis is not interested in higly technical background candidates. They prefer those who can suggest big ideas on how to make large profits for the company. So if you're good at talking, coming out with ideas on how to mislead or sell their products well then this company is a good place to start your career. The last thing you want to be in this company is to be a straight forward and honest.
